UI Service Interruption

Summary
We experienced a brief interruption to the Cycode UI service, lasting approximately one minute. During this time, the Web UI was unavailable or partially unavailable. API services scans continued to function normally throughout the event.
Customer Impact
Customers may have seen a short UI outage or an inability to load the dashboard.
No impact to API usage, scanning, or backend processing was observed.
Preliminary Findings
Our initial investigation indicates that the UI readiness probe began returning “not ready”, which caused the UI service to be temporarily marked unhealthy and restarted/removed from rotation. We are still investigating why the readiness probe failed.
Current Actions
The UI service has recovered and is stable.
We are actively monitoring readiness/health signals and service behavior.
We will provide further updates and a full RCA once analysis is complete.
