Loading Issues on the UI

The issue has been resolved. Services are fully operational, and we are monitoring to ensure stability. A root cause analysis will be provided once our investigation is complete.

We are currently experiencing loading issues in the platform (App).
This does not affect the API or scan processes, only the user experience on the platform interface.
We received an alert, identified the issue in the Auth Service, and our team is actively working on a fix.
