Latency in Violation Updates

Thanks to the team, the trend has changed. Currently, we are handling new violations faster than they are being reported, so the lag is decreasing slowly. However, delays in new violations are still expected.
We will update once the issue is completely resolved.

Description:
We’re currently experiencing a delay in our system’s ability to show new violations. This means you might see a noticeable lag before recently identified violations appear on your dashboard. Please be aware that there’s a delay in these updates.

Impact:
You’ll experience a significant delay or latency in seeing newly identified violations.
All historical violation data remains accurate and isn’t affected.
It’s important to note that Pull Request scans are NOT impacted by this issue and continue to operate normally.

Our engineering team is actively working to pinpoint the cause of this latency and restore real-time updates for violations as quickly as possible. We’ll provide further updates as we get more information.
