[EU] UI Degradation – 502/503 Errors
Updates
The incident has been fully resolved. The issue was mitigated by increasing the memory allocation for the BFF (Backend for Frontend) service. Since the change, the system has remained stable with no further errors observed.
We are continuing to investigate the root cause and will publish a detailed RCA next week. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The issue was resolved a few hours ago by increasing the memory allocation for the BFF (Backend for Frontend) service. We’re still investigating the underlying root cause and will share a full RCA (Root Cause Analysis) next week.
In the meantime, we continue to closely monitor the system to ensure stability. We expect to formally close this incident shortly.
We’re currently investigating an issue causing intermittent 502 and 503 errors in the UI. The root cause appears to be instability in our Backend for Frontend (BFF) service, which is experiencing sporadic crashes. Our engineering team is actively working to identify and resolve the issue.
We’ll provide updates as we learn more. Thank you for your patience.
